South Korean streamer Kim 'Kkual' So-Hyun has been suspended from League Of Legends for 14 days after being held hostage in-game for three hours by stream snipers.

As Dot Esports reports, Kkual was essentially forced to continue playing a game in Summoner's Rift after falling her behind, with her opponents purposefully stretching out the game by hours. The players who weren't involved with stream sniping Kkual eventually left the match, leaving the streamer stuck there with her tormentors.

Have you seen the amazing League Of Legends Netflix series Arcane yet? You really should. Check out the trailer below!

At this point you might be wondering why Kkual simply didn't leave the game as soon as it became clear what was going on. She decided to stay in the game to avoid a potential AFK penalty, choosing to largely ignore what was going on in League and play a game of FIFA on the side - all while her stream sniping enemies murdered her repeatedly in Summoner's Rift.

Despite this, Kkual actually ended up being the one to receive a 14-day suspension for “griefing.” Even more strange, the match in question didn't appear in her game history, meaning she couldn't get proof to show it was her who had been griefed.

The streamer has since opened a support ticket to Riot in the hope that she can get this unjust ban reverted. She explained that two players from the enemy team and two from her own team worked to stop the game from ending and would not surrender. Riot has yet to respond, unfortunately.
