If there's one game fans wish got more love, it's Fallout: New Vegas. Obsidian's 2010 RPG is considered by many to be a far superior game to Fallout 3 - an especially impressive achievement when you consider it was made in just 18 months.
While Bethesda's Fallout 3 is undeniably a phenomenal video game, New Vegas felt more like a classic RPG, dialing back the scale and action of its predecessor for a more intimate experience.
Naturally, fans of New Vegas have been desperate to see a sequel or remake that further explores New California. Alas, despite rumours, nothing concrete has materialized just yet.

For now, at least, we can bask in this amazing new fan trailer created by TeaserPlay, which dares to imagine what Fallout: New Vegas would look like if it were remade in Unreal Engine 5. The YouTuber has put all of UE5's shiny new features to good use - including Lumen, Nanite, and Screen Space Ray Tracing - to make something very special indeed.

While we're still no closer to getting an official Fallout: New Vegas remake, it's worth pointing out that there has been talk of a sequel at Microsoft. Remember how the company behind Xbox now owns Bethesda, Obsidian, and the Fallout IP? Well, according to one reliable source, discussions surrounding New Vegas 2 have taken place.
reporter Jeff Grubb had some exciting inside knowledge about the world of New Vegas to share.
“This is very early, but people have begun to have talks and say these words in sentences, and those words are Obsidian and New Vegas 2," explained reporter Jeff Grubb earlier this year. "We’re talking years and years away. There’s at least an interest and conversations happening about making something like that actually a reality.”
For now, fans of Bethesda and Obsidian can look forward to Starfield and Avowed.
