I'm on a real Fallout kick right now. Probably because Amazon recently dropped the trailer for the new live-action series yesterday, and I was genuinely blown away by just how good it looks.
Like, it seriously looks like they've nailed the Fallout we all know and love, which is rare for a video game adaptation. The new series lands 11 April, and while I probably could just watch the latest trailer on a loop till then, I've got the urge for something a little more substantial.
Take a look at the trailer for Amazon's Fallout below!
How fortunate, then, that my attention was turned toward a meaty mod for Fallout 4 that adds a ton of new quests and hours of new experiences. It's basically a free expansion, and is so high quality that you wouldn't know it was a mod if nobody told you.

If you're interested it's called Fourville, and is available to download via NexusMods. The mod's creator, Seddo4494, describes Fourville as: "a substantial quest mod which adds a new town to the Commonwealth. Features ten main, thirty-six side quests, a fully-voiced player, over 5,000 lines of new dialogue, new set of collectable bobbleheads with perks, and plenty to explore and discover."
There's "approximately 8-10 hours of new gameplay" to be had in Fourville, making it the perfect size if you're after something substantial but not too time consuming. There are already enough new games to play in 2024 without throwing mods into the mix, after all.
While the wait for Fallout 5 might be killing us, it's good to know there's still so much Fallout to enjoy. Over on the official side of the street, Fallout 76 is still getting a ton of updates, plus a gorgeous new boxset containing all the older games. And if those don't tickle your irradiated pickle? There are always mods like Fourville.
