Cyberpunk 2077 recently received another in a long line of updates bringing plenty of quality-of-life additions to the blockbuster. But that’s not all that CD Projekt Red added. The developer couldn’t help but add a little secret for players to find.

Now, in a lovely touch, CD Projekt Red has congratulated a player who managed to find the secret and let the world know. The short congratulations came from CDPR community director Marcin Momot who said, ”There was a discussion recently in one of our Slack channels that this hasn’t been discovered yet.” So they perhaps didn’t expect players to track it down easily. Momot followed up with a “Good job spotting it.”

Cyberpunk 2077 has turned itself around and become a must-play game since the release of its DLC

If you want to find the secret for yourself, stop reading now, however, you might want to stick around because honestly, it’s a sly one. The secret is actually a photo of some of the development team and it can be accessed pretty easily by heading to the Watson district and finding Tom's Diner in Little China. Once you’ve arrived simply climb onto the roof of the diner and you’ll find a pair of mounted binoculars.

You’ll want to take a look through and search out the CDPR logo - the red robin - on a nearby building. Keep looking at the logo without moving and eventually, the image will glitch out and reveal a neat photo of some of the development team.

It’s a nice touch and a cute easter egg to give a nod to the hardworking team who were put through the wringer when the game was first released. Since then, Cyberpunk 2077 has come on leaps and bounds and feels like a brand-new game. CD Projekt Red are known for their huge worlds filled with hidden secrets, and this has us wondering if we’ve missed any others.
