Just when we thought that CD Projekt Red was completely done with Cyberpunk 2077, the studio has surprised fans with an exciting update.
Released back in 2020, Cyberpunk 2077 has had quite the journey within such a short timeframe.

In its early days, the open-world RPG was littered with so many bugs and glitches that it was unplayable for most.

So much so, that it was even removed from sale on some online storefronts.
However, thanks to CD Projekt Red’s tireless updates and patches, Cyberpunk 2077 had its revival in recent years which was helped greatly by the arrival of its first and only Phantom Liberty DLC in 2023.
Considered as one of the best DLCs of all time, Phantom Liberty cemented Cyberpunk 2077 as one of the best RPGs in recent years.
So it is perhaps no surprise that CDPR has come forward with yet another update in between starting development on Cyberpunk 2 and The Witcher 4.

“Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition will be coming to Mac, bringing the base game and Phantom Liberty to Mac gamers for the first time,” an announcement Tweet read.
So there you have it, as well as PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC, Cyberpunk 2077 for Mac will be arriving in early 2025.
“Players can enjoy advanced features like path tracing, frame generation, and built-in Spatial Audio for even more immersive gameplay and stunning visuals,” the blog post reveals.
Cyberpunk 2077 for Mac will launch on the Mac App Store, GOG, Steam and Epic Games Store.

“Good for the Mac users, they get to enjoy my favorite game of the 9th gen,” one fan said in response to the news.
Another said: “Awesome. That means I can play it on both platforms in my house.”
