Although both Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and Chivalry 2 don’t have the best user scores over on Metacritic, Rise of the Tomb Raider storms ahead of them so fans of our favourite adventurer shouldn’t miss out on this 2015 title.
The 11th main entry in the Tomb Raider series and a sequel to 2013’s Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider is the second instalment in the Survivor trilogy and oftentimes considered as the best.
The story follows Lara Croft as she ventures to Siberia in search of a legendary city known as Kitezh. However, she must soon face the parliamentary organisation Trinity who intends to uncover the secret of immortality in the depths of the forgotten city.
Following on from the story of Tomb Raider and giving us more of what we love whilst also seeing Lara battle with her mental health after the events of the first game, Rise is considered the best in the trilogy and for good reason.
