Xbox fans are happy they can finally play Baldur’s Gate 3. The game that has everyone talking is here and to celebrate Larian Studios are teaming up with Twitch to reward players with some very fancy clothing.
If you’re not familiar with Twitch drops, it’s simple. All you need to do is watch a set amount of gameplay from streamers and items will unlock and be sent to your Twitch account. From here you can then redeem the items in-game, usually by pairing your accounts. For this campaign simply watch two hours of a Baldur’s Gate 3 stream and the goodies are yours.
Baldur's Gate 3 is scooping a bunch of awards as a standout game
The campaign has already started and will end on 5 January 2024 at 4pm (UK time). Up for grabs is a set of ‘camp clothing’ all in purple for Twitch. You’ll be rewarded with Streamhopper Loafers, Chaneller’s Trunks, Periwinkle Undergarments, and Chatterbox’s Tabard. Making the clothing purple makes a lot of sense for Twitch, but it’s a shame the clothes don’t come in green given it’s to celebrate the Xbox launch.

If you haven’t played Baldur’s Gate 3, you’re really missing out. Don’t let Dungeons and Dragons intimidate you, it’s such a simple game to play. I’ve spoken to countless fans of the game and everyone is playing differently. It’s such a personalised experience, there’s very little out there similar to this.
It’s surprisingly great to play on a controller, too. For a game that originated on PC, I assumed playing with a controller would suck, but Larian Studios has nailed it. With the Christmas holiday coming up, now is the perfect time to start a playthrough on Xbox. If you’re going to be starting fresh or beginning a new playthrough you might as well watch a couple of hours of Twitch and get some extra clothing for your party.
