A 21-year-old woman who stabbed her younger sister to death for allegedly flirting with her boyfriend during games of Valorant is facing first-degree murder charges.
Fatiha Marzan of Orlando, Florida (pictured above), admitted to the stabbing of her sibling in the early hours of the morning on September 26, according to a report from the Orlando Sentinel (via Dexerto)
Fatiha’s 20-year-old sister Sayma would often play the popular 5v5 shooter Valorant with Fatiha’s boyfriend, messaging him via the in-game chat function.

It's alleged that the older sister was unhappy with the relationship forming between her boyfriend and her sister. Upon discovering that her boyfriend had professed his love for Sayma, Fatiha went online and ordered a set of knives from Amazon.
Fatiha hid the knives in a closet, and on September 26 waited for the family to fall asleep before stabbing Sayma “three to four times in the heart” at 4:30 am in their shared bedroom.
The older sister reportedly then called the police roughly 15 hours later at 7:30pm to report the crime. She told dispatchers that she believed her sister was dead after she'd stabbed her.
According to the arrest report, witnesses claimed that Fatiha felt the relationship her younger sister had with her boyfriend was not appropriate.

“Fatiha knew she had to wait until her family was asleep to stab Sayma because she did not want anyone to hear the incident,” the affidavit states. “Fatiha consciously decided to kill her sister, Sayma, and the decision was present in her mind at the time of the killing.”
Fatiha is currently being held without bond at Orange County Jail.
