Xbox has apparently bagged yet another massive exclusive under the Bethesda umbrella, sorry PlayStation fans.

When Microsoft first made the steps to acquire Bethesda's parent company ZeniMax Media, it was pretty much a given that a lot of games would become exclusive to the green brand. Still, I’m sure many would have hoped that some games would cross over to team blue.

Despite being Bethesda-published titles, Deathloop and Ghostwire: Tokyo were timed PlayStation exclusives due to previously existing deals. Though they too would later come over to Xbox as well as its Game Pass subscription service.

There's been a lot of uncertainty as to whether any further Bethesda titles would come to PlayStation or whether the likes of Deathloop and Ghostwire: Tokyo would be the last. However, Sony gamers will still hope to see the new Fallout game or The Elder Scrolls VI release on both consoles. Though, we'd recommend not holding your breath.

Going on the assumption that PlayStation might no longer benefit from Bethesda releases, one other game that looks to be an Xbox console exclusive is the Indiana Jones title from Wolfenstein developer, MachineGames.

Announced back in September 2021, while little is known about the game starring the professor of archaeology turned global raider of tombs, it’s said to feature a unique story and is set around Rome in 1938 during the era of the original trilogy.

What’s more, some believe that the Indiana Jones game will follow the tradition of MachineGames Wolfenstein series and will be in a first-person perspective That being said, rumours should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Furthermore, with the game still in its early stage of development, we’re still yet to see an actual gameplay trailer. Hopefully, with the E3 season around the corner, Microsoft will unearth some juicy gameplay this June during its Xbox & Bethesda Showcase.

As it stands right now, the Indiana Jones game will be released for PC and Xbox Series S|X.
