It doesn't matter if it's video games, movies, TV series or comics, fans love shipping some of their favourite characters together and the Disney Plus series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is no exception.
Whether it’s Leon S. Kennedy and Jill Valentine, Lara Croft and Nathan Drake or R2-D2 and C-3PO, we’re often wondering what if. Well, one couple that some fans may have been wondering what they’d be like together is Marvel’s Matthew Murdock aka Daredevil and Jennifer Walters aka She-Hulk.

Well, that wish was granted in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law when Daredevil and She-Hulk hulked up together. It was an unexpectedly cute moment in a series that was heavily criticised by fans for being a tad too cheesy, even for comic book adaptation standards.

Personally, I enjoyed the quirkiness of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, unlike the 30-year-old men who were review-bombing the series after just one episode. Sadly, it looks like we won't be getting a second season on Disney Plus if rumours are believed.
Whether the second season of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law not happening is due to its mixed reception or its high production cost, we can only speculate at this time. This, of course, means that we probably won't know whether Matthew and Jennifer remain as a couple unless she shows up in the upcoming series Daredevil: Born Again.
However, according to the Twitter account Agents of Fandom, Tatiana Maslany, who plays Jennifer Walters in the live-action series said during a panel at the San Antonio Superhero Comic-Con, “I think she’s keeping her options open, but I’m pretty sure she’d hit that again.” This notion adds to previous words as reported by Popsverse.com from Matthew Murdock actor Charlie Cox saying he’d like the relationship to continue in the MCU.

It’s worth keeping in mind that Marvel hasn't officially announced that we won't be getting a second season of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, as likely as that might seem. That being said, if we don't get a second season, the Murdock and Walters relationship can not only continue in Daredevil: Born Again but also in any upcoming MCU movie that may feature the characters.
No release date has been announced for Daredevil: Born Again at the time of writing but it is expected to launch on Disney Plus in 2025.
