Lord Of The Rings fans discover disturbing Nazgul secret we all missed for years

This is an awesome hidden detail

Lord Of The Rings fans have noticed an interesting detail about the Nazgul attire, and it’s honestly very creepy.

While I’m not the biggest Lord Of The Rings fan I can’t deny that I got a lot more interested in Fellowship Of The Ring when the Nazgul turned up.

There’s a new Lord Of The Rings film coming out this year! Check it out below

They were creepy, determined, and had an awesome design so I was a lot more invested in Frodo’s journey once I knew these guys were going to be chasing him for a while.

However, something I didn’t notice, and something some actual fans haven’t noticed either, is what they have around the necks of the horses they ride.

This was shared by Reddit user crazydecibel, who said “Have you ever noticed that the Nazguls wear the Eye of Sauron around their horses' neck?”

Sure enough they do have an eye on display on the front of their horses, which makes sense knowing their role of tracking down the One Ring.

They are in many ways Sauron’s eyes, made stronger when Frodo actually puts the ring on and starts getting corrupted by its power.

Fans were impressed by the attention to detail to say the least, with one saying “I did not. Thanks for pointing it out; that's amazing!”

Another added “That's cool. The Eye of Sauron in the books is an Insignia that the forces of Mordor Display, like the white hand of Sauron. I wished that we saw more of that, and had seen some crude ones here and there, but this is definitely more what I was looking for.”

Others noted that boasting Sauron’s emblem made them “somehow look more sinister” than they already did, a good thing for creatures designed to strike fear into their master’s enemies.

They just don’t seem to make films like the Lord Of The Rings trilogy anymore, the props, costumes and sets were all immaculate.
