However, what we don’t yet know is which actors will take on the iconic mantles.
That being said, Harry Potter fans are still speculating and the most recent speculation centres around none other than Lucius Malfoy himself.
The Death Eater and father of Draco is a key figure in the Harry Potter series, known for his long, white hair and unwavering devotion to Voldemort.
Lucius was played by Jason Isaacs in the movie franchise but with a brand-new cast on the way, who will be playing him for the HBO reboot?

Well, it seems as though the majority of fans would love to see Dan Stevens take on the role.
The English actor is most known for his role as Matthew Crawley in Downton Abbey and has also starred in movies such as 2017’s Beauty and the Beast and 2024’s Cuckoo.
“Dan Stevens was born to be Lucius Malfoy,” read one post over on r/HarryPotterHBO.
SeerPumpkin agreed, saying: “Honestly I'd watch Dan Stevens even as Harry.”
