A lot of games have brilliant modding scenes. The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077 and basically every Bethesda game ever made are the first ones that might come to mind, but personally I always feel like Rockstar Games’ rootin’ tootin’ Red Dead Redemption 2 is weirdly underappreciated in this respect.
Maybe it’s just because Red Dead Redemption 2 is an incredible game regardless of how you tweak it, but personally I think that there are a few mods for the game that somehow manage to elevate it beyond that.
I have a few faves that I always have installed, like the Open All Interiors mod (self-explanatory) and the Duels mod (also pretty self-explanatory) but there are so many brilliant ones out there that it’s tough to keep track sometimes… and it seems like there’s another one I might have to have installed by default.

The Saint Denis Fight Club mod by Saxen123 went live on Nexus earlier this month, and it looks like an easy download for anyone looking to engage in some lawful fisticuffs.
The mod changes part of the interior of the mayor’s mansion in Saint Denis into a new location that players can use to beat the ever-living snot out of the Wild West’s cowpokes, complete with a little crowd of onlookers.
If you’re not quite sold, there’s even a trailer for the mod that features Arthur Morgan cosplaying as Tyler Durden.
The reception for the mod seems pretty positive so far, and most folks are reporting that it’s mostly bug free - but you will have to install either Lenny's Mod Loader or the Rampage Trainer beforehand for compatibility's sake.

According to another poster on Nexus, it’s also compatible with both the Bar Brawls and Enhanced Brawls mods (the latter of which I another example of a mod I can no longer live without when playing RDR2 on PC).
