Red Dead Redemption 2 free download available for next 48 hours

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and although turkey may be on the menu, Rockstar has something a lot more exciting up for grabs.

To celebrate the start of the festive season, Rockstar Games is hard at work on bringing new content to Red Dead Redemption 2’s online component.

That’s right, Red Dead Online is getting its Frontier ready for the holiday season by offering players double rewards, boosted payouts, limited-time clothing and Outlaw Pass items for Trader sales.

“Traders play a key role during this time of year across the frontier, supplying pelts, hides, and more to ensure the warmth and joy of the holiday season as winter approaches,” Rockstar shared.

“This month, Traders can look forward to boosted rewards and exclusive bonuses for keeping their inventories well-stocked and contributing to the season of unity, gratitude, and abundance.”

So if you are into the Trading business in Red Dead Online and want to look the part with some brand-new cosmetics, don’t miss out on this limited-time item.

Between 12-18 November, players can receive the Clovelly Pants by completing their Trader Daily Challenges for three days in a row.

This is one of four new cosmetics up for grabs throughout the event and completing all four incentives will see you earn the New Threads emote.

So it is worth logging in each week just to get these limited edition items.

However, that is not all for the fashionistas out there as Red Dead Online is offering some more limited-time clothing.

Available for purchase from participating Tailors or the in-game catalog, players can grab items such as The Danube Outfit, the Gator Hat, Patterned Bandana, Prieto Poncho and more.

This event runs until the start of December so make sure to hurry if you don't want to miss out.
