Two of the hardest legendary shiny Pokémon to obtain, ever, are now available to redeem completely free of charge… provided you’re feeling up for a challenge, first.
Shout out in advance to the Serebii Twitter account, who were the first folks to spot this!
You can currently nab two shiny legendaries in Pokémon HOME, but you’re going to have to jump through some hoops before you can earn them.

The two Pokémon are a shiny Manaphy and a shiny Enamorus, which will likely be a big deal to a lot of folks out there who are familiar with the process of shiny hunting.
Now, shiny Manaphy is just straight-up a nightmare to shiny hunt. First, you gotta beat Pokémon Ranger. Then, you have to transfer the egg you get to Pokémon Diamond/Pearl.
Then you have to save before Manaphy hatches, and if it doesn’t come out shiny then… well, you’ll want to grab a second copy of Pokémon Diamond/Pearl, reset it, play up until you can trade, trade the Manaphy eggs over and repeat this process several times until the Manaphy comes out shiny. No, I am not joking, this is the normal method.
Pokémon Legends Z-A is set to land this year.
Or, now, you could just complete the Pokédex in either Pokémon Brilliant Diamond/Shiny Pearl, link it up to your Pokémon HOME account and hey presto, a free shiny Manaphy.

Oh, and if you complete the Hisuan Pokédex in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, you’ll get a shiny Enamorus in Pokémon HOME for your efforts.
This one is a big deal because this is, as of writing, the only legitimate way to actually get a shiny Enamorus. Up until now, the only way you could have nabbed a shiny Enamorus is by hacking the game.
Kinda crazy that Pokémon Legends: Arceus is three years old and this is the only legit way you can now get one of its unique legendaries as a shiny, but hey, better late than never.
