Amidst all the Elden Ring fanfare, it became increasingly easy to overlook Horizon Forbidden West but as Dean mentioned in our review, Horizon Forbidden West is "an enthralling adventure of stunning vistas and tons of content". Offering the most astonishing visuals yet to hit the PlayStation 5, Horizon Forbidden West shows the console's impressive capabilities.

Weeks after release, fans are still finding Easter eggs hidden across the game's vast map, from Aloy's Zero Dawn era mementos which decorate the main base, to the God Of War character totem poles which can be found in the Tenakth tribes' remote mountainous lands. And now, the latest Easter egg to be unearthed is much more touching.

Speaking of, here's how to find Kratos' house in the ruins of the Old Ones, Sindri and Brok's tools, a fox shrine from Ghost of Tsushima, and even a nod to an Arthurian legend! Aloy's a bit of a busybody, isn't she?

Developer Guerrilla has been quietly rolling out a series of updates full of new features and fixes. Recently, players discovered the ability to turn-off Aloy's resource collecting animations which makes for a much quicker style of playthrough. Now, players have stumbled across a tribute from Guerrilla to nearby Ukraine in response to the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia.

The small mural features the stylised 'G' of Guerrilla's logo alongside a red heart and Ukraine's flag. It can be found on the moveable cart used during the Restless Weald relic ruin located just outside of Plainsong. It marks Horizon Forbidden West's second link to Ukraine after Reddit user alexjericho13 highlighted that a mural was painted in a Kyiv metro station in February, just days before Russia's invasion.

Whilst Guerrilla haven't commented on this newly discovered easter egg, it's clear that they're offering their support to Ukraine. If you want to do your bit to support Ukraine, many game developers are currently donating the profits from certain games towards humanitarian aid efforts - check out our list here.
