It’s happening again.
The rumour mill is rife with whispers of yet another Xbox game being ported over to other platforms.
It’s somewhat expected after Microsoft confirmed the company’s new cross-platform strategy earlier this year.

Hi-Fi Rush, Sea of Thieves, Pentiment, and Grounded were the first four titles included in the experiment, going on to debut on PlayStation 5 and/or Nintendo Switch.
All of those aforementioned games saw huge increases in their player counts, so you can see why Microsoft would’ve spent the last few months considering which titles to port next.
Rumours previously claimed that Starfield would be ported to PlayStation 5, but that was seemingly just that, a rumour.
This latest whisper appears to have gained a tad more traction though.

It’s now believed that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will release on PlayStation 5 following a window of Xbox and PC exclusivity.
Take a look at Indiana Jones and the Great Circle in action below.
Leaker NateTheHate2 was the first to make the claim, writing, “MachineGames' Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will release on Xbox [and] PC this holiday (Dec[ember]) as a timed console exclusive.”

He continued, “After this timed-exclusive window expires, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is planned to come to PlayStation 5 in the first half of 2025.”
Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson then appeared to back up the claim: “According to Insider Gaming sources, some outlets have been given the heads up on the news and have signed NDAs, but it’s currently unclear on if the information will be announced at Tuesday’s Opening Night Live or not.”
Usually at this stage, I’d urge you to take both statements with a pinch of salt, but the plot thickens.
Back in February, The Verge reported of whispers about Indiana Jones and the Great Circle being brought to PlayStation 5 and unlike some social media leakers, The Verge is much less likely to make a baseless claim.

Still, nothing is confirmed so we will have to sit tight.
Could an announcement come during tonight’s Opening Night Live at Gamescom? We’ll soon find out.
