Steam has quietly made a popular 2018 video game free to download and keep, but you've only got 48 hours left to make it yours.
2018 was a banger of a year for video games. We got Red Dead Redemption 2, Celeste, God Of War, and Marvel's Spider-Man to name just a few.
One 2018 game that doesn't really get mentioned in the same breath as those classics? AtmaSphere.

I'm not saying AtmaSphere deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as God Of War, to be clear. Don't come for me.
It's fine. It's sweet, harmless fun. It also happens to be completely free until 23 April, if you're in the market for some sweet, harmless fun.
Steam describes this indie adventure game best: "AtmaSphere is roll-a-ball game set in a medieval world which is full of dangerous traps and uncertain paths! Roll all you want, but don't fall off! Collect all diamonds to impress Ballerina, and get Ballard safely to her house!"
While it might not exactly be a AAA juggernaut, there's a lot of love for this strangely compelling indie.

"The physics are smooth, the environments are visually appealing, and each level gradually increases in difficulty," reads one Steam review. "While it looks simple at first glance, don't be fooled — some levels require serious timing and skill."
"Could recommend... but watch out for those later levels," another gamer warns.
Another user opted to deliver their review in the form of a poem, which I obviously have to share with you.
"Finally found a sweet escape,
Advert
No stress and fear, just a round Shape
A tiny world so soft and kind,
Peaceful joy for heart and mind."
Basically, if you're after some fairly mindless but still challenging fun, this is one free game you should grab while you can.
