Steam drops 3 free downloads you've just 1 week to claim

Only available until 19 May, so be quick!

To celebrate the latest Steam Fest, you can now claim some limited time freebies through the platform… but you really, really don’t have long to get your hands on these.

Thank you in advance to the Free Steam Games Twitter account for finding these!

The Steam Creature Collector Fest is currently running from now until 19 May, and they've chucked in a few extra goodies for players to nab while the event is on.

From now until the event ends, you can get your hands on a "Creature Catalogue" animated avatar, a "Foil Frame" avatar frame, and a "Fuchsia Frog" animated sticker, but once the Steam Creature Collector Fest is over, these will disappear for good!

You know I usually don’t bother with these too much myself, but I gotta admit that these look adorable this time around. That Creature Catalogue animated avatar is ridiculously cute for absolutely no reason.

Enjoy cute things? Hello Kitty Island Adventure is an adorably fun game.

However, if you’re more interested in what’s available through the Creature Collector Fest game-wise, then I have a few recommendations for you.

First up, Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition is a whopping 90% off. If you’re in the UK, that means you can grab this banger for £3.49. Definitely worth a go, even if you’re not a Digimon fan.

Cult of the Lamb is also 50% off, putting it down to £9.74. Honestly, if you’ve not played this one yet, you owe it to yourself to try it out. One of the cutest, and simultaneously horrifying, games ever made.

If you want something entirely free to play however, I wholly suggest giving the demo for Aethermancer a go. I played it a while back, and it is incredibly fun. The more people who try that one out, the better.

Just remember you only have until 19 May to claim all the profile goodies and to take advantage of any of the sale prices, so hurry up if any of these have caught your eye!
