PlayStation Plus subscribers are left puzzled after a game is removed from the library without any warning whatsoever.

Depending on the tier, PlayStation Plus grants you access to hundreds of games that you can play in an instant, ranging from first-party console exclusives, third-party AAA big hitters, indie darlings and retro classics of yesteryear.

In total, there are three tiers available: PlayStation Plus Essential, which is basically the same deal before the 2022 revision, offering three (maybe four) monthly games to add to our library, as well as access to online gaming, discounts, free DLC and more.

PlayStation Plus Extra offers everything included in the Essential tier, but with a lot more PS5 and PS4 games to access. Then we have the top tier, PS Plus Premium. This tier offers everything included in the previous two tiers, but with additional retro games, cloud streaming, trials and much more.

One of my favourite aspects of the PlayStation Plus Essential tier is that, unlike most games in the upper two tiers, they will remain accessible in your library as long as you have an active subscription. Whereas titles included in PS Plus Extra and Premium rotate on a regular basis with comings and goings.

However, some games can leave PlayStation Plus, pulled from the publisher without warning. Such as the game that is today’s topic of discussion.

Popular Roguelite Shooter Removed From PS Plus!

Spotted by Redditor kabirsingh84, “PS Plus Extra catalogue June 2025 game Endless Dungeon - Definitive Edition has been removed without notice.”

Developed and published by AMPLITUDE Studios, Endless Dungeon is a tower defence, twin-stick tactical, roguelite shooter that was released on 19 October 2023.

“It could be a glitch. It happened with Sayonara Wild Hearts when Sony updated the SKU. It was gone for a few days and then came back,” suggested Oscnar, with sniperx79 adding, “The game is not available here anymore in EU/NL via PS Plus.”

I have just checked the PlayStation Store for myself, and it does appear that Endless Dungeon has been removed from PS Plus. At least in the UK.

While I love the convenience of digital media and subscription-based gaming, this is yet another reason why

The simple explanation for the sudden removal of Endless Dungeon could just be something as simple as its time on PlayStation Plus expiring.

That being said, if you really like this game, it has a reasonable RRP of around £12/$15 when not discounted in a sale.

Endless Dungeon is available on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. It’s expected to be released on Nintendo Switch at some point, but at the time of writing, it’s not.
