PlayStation Plus free game hailed as 'one of best I've ever played'

I'm happy that they're happy

The PlayStation Plus catalogue is filled with bangers and hidden gems, all available to download and play as part of the subscription cost.

With so many games to play, it can be tough to whittle down the choices and decide what to try out, and it’s great when others recommend titles for other PlayStation fans to experience.

Detroit: Become Human is a deep, narrative experience on PS+

Reddit is often bursting with threads from players either outrightly recommending games, or simply heaping praise on titles they love and have discovered via PlayStation Plus.

One player, dennis77, took to Reddit to sing the praises of Detroit: Become Human, a title that often divides players, but one with a strong narrative that pulls you in.

They said this, “As a very casual gamer who has an extremely busy life, not only it was the only game that I platinumed, but also the one that got me back into gaming - the story is absolutely amazing, the interaction with controller is top-notch and a lot of potential for replayability.”

It’s often said that Detroit: Become Human feels like playing a TV show or movie, which makes it an ideal game for a casual player, as it can sweep them along through the story and requires little investment of skills.

Further on, they profess this is “definitely one of the best games I've ever played on PS.”

This outpouring of love nudged others to recommend other games, with one user saying, “If you enjoyed Detroit: Become Human, you should totally check out Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls.”

Another player chimed in with their thoughts, saying, “One of the best single player experiences I’ve ever had… super unique game with tons of plot twists… Amazing story/voice acting/graphics… Everything was top-notch!”

If this is a game that has passed you by, it might be time to give it a try.
