April is already shaping up to be an exciting month for gamers and it seems as though PlayStation Plus subscribers will be treated more than most.
We already know that being a PlayStation Plus subscriber gives you access to day-one releases as well as a large library of monthly games which are available at no extra cost.
Check out Lost Records: Bloom & Rage in the trailer below!
Being a subscriber can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on the monthly offerings but it seems as though April is shaping up to be a good one thanks to a recent report.

Throughout April, PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members will be able to play two day-one games and not only that, they will gain access to them a lot earlier than first expected.
So what are the games in question?
First up is Lost Records: Bloom & Rage - Tape 2, the follow-up to Tape 1 which was released back in February.
Our very own Kate Harrold reviewed the brand-new Don’t Nod title and claimed “a modern classic emerges”.

“Tape one, Bloom, proves that this is the evolution that the episodic adventure genre needed, replacing player passivity with a clear sense of agency and involvement,” her review reads.
“When all that is backed by an intriguing story, well-written characters, and an infusion of 90s nostalgia, well, you end up with something very special indeed.”
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage - Tape 2 hits PS Plus on 15 April.
The other title is Blue Prince, a strategy puzzle adventure game where you must navigate through shifting corridors and ever-changing chambers in a genre-defying extravaganza.

Blue Prince heads to PS Plus on 10 April.
The rest of next month’s PS Plus lineup will be revealed on 14 April, with the games being made available from 22 April onwards.
