PlayStation has officially announced a new wave of opportunities to claim free store credit throughout November, although I'd be surprised if many of you bother.
If you've been following the latest PlayStation news, you'll probably be aware that the PlayStation Stars loyalty program has recently made some bizarre changes.
In short, many on the PlayStation Stars subreddit have reported they're no longer able to exchange their points for wallet funds, although some have posted proof that they can still redeem certain amounts.

It's been maddeningly inconsistent across the board, but our advice is claim that free store credit while you can. And if you can't? PlayStation Stars points can still be exchanged for entire games, so you're still saving money in the long run.
Which brings me to the opportunities for PlayStation Stars points available via a bunch of newly released November campaigns. The loyalty scheme may have lost a considerable amount of shine, but if you're still signed up, you might as well get what you can.
PlayStation Tournaments - 25 Points
For 25 points, you need to participate in any currently ongoing PlayStation 5 tournament. There are 41 days to do this one, so you've bags of time.
November Monthly Picks - 50 Points
"Games we've been enjoying and think you will too. Buy any one of the rad recommendations below and get some points!"

You've got 29 days for this one, but if you play any of the following games you can net 50 points:
- Metaphor: ReFantazio
- Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero
- Silent Hill 2
- Squirrel With A Gun
- Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream
- Guilty Gear Strive
That's your lot for just now, but I'll be sure to update this story with any further campaigns as they come throughout November.
And remember: just because wallet funds are gone (for most of you) it's still worth saving up points! We don't know those wallet funds are gone forever, and points can always be traded for games.
