It is January which means that it is time to get rid of the old and introduce the new and that is definitely the case for December’s PlayStation Plus lineup.
Being a PlayStation Plus subscriber is no easy task considering some monthly offerings can leave a lot to be desired.

However, December saw Sony offer its members some impressive titles and if you haven’t checked them out yet, you had better hurry as you only have 24 hours left to add them to your library.

If you need a bit of incentive, however, let us do a quick rundown of what was up for offer in December’s PlayStation Plus library.
First up was It Takes Two, a co-op action-adventure title which just so happened to win Game of the Year during 2021.
In this game, two friends must come together to take on the role of married couple Cody and May, who despite their differences, must work together after finding themselves being magically turned into dolls.
Luckily, their adventures through obstacles, puzzles and outright danger brings the couple closer together than ever which makes for a heartwarming tale alongside the fallouts it may cause for players.

Next is Aliens: Dark Descent, a real-time, squad-based tactics title set in the iconic Alien franchise.
It is up to you to lead your soldiers in real-time as you work to stop a new and terrifying type of Xenomorph outbreak on Planet Lethe.
“Infiltrate large open levels and annihilate enemies with your squad, dispatching orders strategically and intuitively at the touch of a button.
Tread carefully, as your foes will adapt their tactics to your actions while hunting you down because death is permanent.”

Last but not least is Temtem, an MMORPG and online creature-collecting adventure.
With 165 unique creatures to tame across seven vibrant islands, it is your job to battle other collectors, tackle mythical lairs and even breed your favourite Tems to make unique hybrids.
If you are a fan of Pokémon, then you will love this one.
All of these titles are free for PlayStation Plus members for the next 24 hours so hurry before they shoot back to full price.
