PlayStation 6 is still a way off in the distance, but that hasn’t stopped some from seemingly spotting what the first exclusive will be for the Sony hardware.
If the rumour is true, it will be a very familiar face at the helm of the game as Hideo Kojima oversees the PlayStation 6 exclusive.
Physint is an action-espionage project that'll see Kojima return to his Metal Gear Solid-esque roots.

PlayStation is currently celebrating 30 years of consoles and wonderful games.
When news of this broke on Reddit, fans were not happy. Though, it’s hard to tell if they’re angry at the game being a Hideo Kojima project, or simply mad at the possibility of more Sony hardware.
One user took aim at the supposed lack of variety in the console exclusives, saying, “The Playstation 6 represents the six exclusive games we'll have in the first six years. Never chasing a launch console again.”

Another player sums up the thoughts that a lot of people are having nowadays, “Probably done with consoles after this gen. PC all the way.”
This sentiment is being echoed a lot across social media and message boards as players realise the money spent on consoles could be put towards decent PC hardware.
There is some positivity for the PS5, which means there is love for the future.
One Redditor said, “This year has all the sequels I've been waiting for 10 years for, and they all look stunning. So this is the year of the PS5.”

“PS5 is going on four years in and has been incredibly mild IMO,” said another user.
While I don’t agree with this point, it doesn’t bode well for the PS6 if players aren’t seeing a stark improvement between generations.
It’s too early to be talking about the PlayStation 6, especially when the idea of consoles seems so tangible right now.
Whatever the first exclusive game is, I’m sure Sony will smash it, and we’ll all be there to play.
