Claim easy free store credit

PlayStation 5 gamers can claim points towards free store credit but you need to act fast to avoid missing out.

In this day and age, especially when we’re well into the Christmas season, it’s always nice to save a few quid whenever we can, with the cost of just about everything on the rise. In particular, whether we play games on PC, PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo, maintaining our favourite hobby can be quite an expense.

This is why reward schemes such as PlayStation Stars can be so beneficial. Once you’ve signed up to PS Stars and downloaded the free PlayStation mobile app, you’re good to go.

PlayStation Stars rewards you with digital collectables to proudly display on your mobile app profile or better still, you can earn points that can be redeemed against £5 or £20 to spend how you please on the PS Store.

Right now, you can take advantage of the ‘30th Anniversary Sale’ campaign which will reward you with a bonus 200 points (on top of the points earned by purchasing the game) for picking up either Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, Gran Turismo 7 or The Last of Us Part I.

In our review of The Last of Us Part I, we said: “This is a faithful and expertly enhanced remake. Fans will find no better way to experience this story, and first-time players are likely to discover a new all-time favourite.”

However, at the time of writing, you only have just over two weeks to claim the additional 200 points via this campaign before it comes to an end. This campaign ends on 20 December 2024.

It’s always worth keeping tabs on the PlayStation Stars mobile app because, with a bit of patience, you’ll be claiming free store credit before you know it.
