Sony’s PlayStation 3 console is a beloved system that brought us some of the best titles that gamers are still enjoying to this very day.
Sony launched the PlayStation 3 in 2006 and it competed with the likes of the Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii, showcasing the mammoth competition that each system had to contend with during the seventh console generation.

The PS3 graced us with classic titles such as The Last of Us, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, Demon's Souls, LittleBigPlanet, the original Uncharted trilogy and much more. Speaking of which, when are we going to get a new Uncharted game? Anyway, since its launch in 2006, the PS3 would see two console revisions each smaller in size than the last, before it was discontinued in 2017 with its reign lasting over a decade.

That being said, I believe the fact that the PlayStation 3 is still receiving some love and care to this day, is something special in its own right. If you want to play the classic PS3, they can still be found being sold by third-party sellers and at this moment, they can be acquired for around £70 and upwards, which isn't too much of a bad price if you ask me.
