PlayStation Plus subscribers are warning players to not sleep on this “underrated” Ubisoft title before it leaves the service.
While many fans would likely claim PlayStation Plus has been on a downward spiral over the last few months, given the price hike and lack of quality titles being added to the offering, there’s still plenty worth playing.

That’s the story for Reddit user CharcoalWalls, who recently gave Ubisoft’s open-world title, Far Cry 5, a go before it leaves the PlayStation Plus subscription service later this month, and they’d recommend you do the same.
In a recent post, the user said: “Far Cry 5 is great! I wouldn't have tried it unless it was leaving. Giving me some Days Gone vibes with the setting and music (minus the zombies). I dig the cult storyline. As a casual gamer, I'm okay with games leaving, as they sometimes point me in the direction of what to play next, and I sometimes try games I may have overlooked.”
Far Cry 5 is one of 16 games leaving the Extra game catalogue next month, along with Far Cry 4, The Quarry, and Inside to name a few.
Fans responded to CharcoalWalls post saying they’d also given a few games a go before they’re removed from the service, having their own recommendations for titles to play before they’re gone.

“I just played "Inside" due to seeing it was leaving extra as well. I recommend trying that one too. It's a short game and really fun”
“I'm playing Far Cry 4 right now and will move onto 5 next. Exact same reason that they're leaving. Having fun.”
“I was the same with Yakuza 0. Now's a bad time to be a new fan on Plus lol.”
Far Cry 5 will leave PlayStation Plus, along with several other titles, next month on 17 October.
