PlayStation users will soon welcome a new game to their libraries, that looks like Grand Theft Auto but with an anime aesthetic.

It’s a bizarre combination, I know, but we’ve seen weirder in our time, besides it actually looks quite fun and might kill some time before the real next Grand Theft Auto game launches.

Check out the trailer for GTA VI below, we’re due a second one any day now I reckon…

The game we’re talking about is called Neverness to Everness, a colourful and vibrant open-world gacha game similar to Genshin Impact in its design.

Of course, there’s a bit of Grand Theft Auto influence in there too, as the game centres around cruising the streets in customisable cars.

The upcoming title has also been compared to Zenless Zone Zero, another gacha game that’s grown quite popular over the last few years.

The developers gave a bit more information on the game recently, saying when it launches, there’ll be three chapters to race through and more on the way. It’s said the driving is what will set it apart from other games, and that the team is working hard to include fun physics and collision effects to make racing a bit more wacky.

All in all, it seems pretty obvious what the target audience is for the game, but it sounds like it’ll be worth a go if you’re into any games that have driving as the main focus.

It also helps that Neverness to Everness will be exclusive to the PlayStation 5, in case you were in need of any more incentive to try the game for yourself.

As for when you can give it a go, I’m afraid there’s no release date at the time of writing, but it’ll likely launch sometime next year so throw it onto your wishlist if it looks like your cup of tea.
