Skyrim meets The Witcher 3 in free RPG you can download and keep now

Ahead of the launch of its sequel next month, this epic open-world RPG is currently free to download and keep right now, no strings attached.

First released in 2018 and set in the medieval Kingdom of Bohemia, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an epic story-driven open-world RPG from Warhorse Studios.

Based on historically accurate content, players will embark on an epic journey throughout the Holy Roman Empire as they take on the role of Henry, the son of a blacksmith who must now avenge his parent’s death whilst also battling invading forces.

“You're Henry, the son of a blacksmith,” the official synopsis reads.

“Thrust into a raging civil war, you watch helplessly as invaders storm your village and slaughter your friends and family.

Narrowly escaping the brutal attack, you grab your sword to fight back. Avenge the death of your parents and help repel the invading forces!

“Without a home, family, or future you end up in the service of Lord Radzig Kobyla, who is forming a resistance against the invasion.

Fate drags you into this bloody conflict and shoves you into a raging civil war, where you help fight for the future of Bohemia.”

Becoming a commercial success back in 2018, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is set to release its sequel, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, on 4 February, 2025 and to celebrate, Epic Games is giving away the first game for free for PC users.

Available from now until 2 January, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is free to download and keep, no questions asked.
