What a jam-packed couple of weeks it has been for the video games industry.
Following Summer Game Fest, the Ubisoft Forward, Xbox Games Showcase, and Sony’s State of Play, we’ve got a much better idea at what’s landing in the remainder of this year and what’s coming up in 2025 - and don’t forget we’ve still got a Nintendo Direct to come.

It’ll bring us the Nintendo Switch’s successor, as previously announced, alongside a whole host of highly-anticipated titles across all platforms.
Monster Hunter Wilds, Atomfall, DOOM: The Dark Ages, Fable, South of Midnight, Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, Little Nightmares 3, and Pokémon Legends : Z-A are all on the way next year as is, of course, Grand Theft Auto VI.

It sounds then as if a PC release is very likely on the cards but as Reddit user ItsJW531 points out, “Why can’t we just play the game that was coded and made on a PC,” alongside a meme expressing the fact that PlayStation and Xbox gamers will readily be able to dive in.
“Then you wouldn’t have to buy it twice,” one user replied.

Others pointed out that PC users are more likely to datamine content on day one, possibly revealing late game spoilers and/or Easter eggs.
Whatever the reason, GTA VI will very likely land on PC eventually. Hold on there folks.
