GTA VI preorders are already live on some websites, and the prices are absolutely ridiculous especially since the game doesn’t even have a release date yet.
Rockstar Games refused to provide an actual launch date for the game, instead vaguely stating it’ll release sometime in 2025. Fans have been trying to narrow down a potential release window, but until Rockstar provides official confirmation we’re all in the dark.
Take a look at GTA VI's trailer below
As we wait for GTA VI’s second trailer which will hopefully shine more light on the game’s features and release date, many have been shocked to see preorders for the game are already live, and they’re selling for stupid prices.

For example, this preorder offering will land you a key for the game on its undisclosed release for a small payment of $139.28. Why on Earth you’d spend that much on a preorder is beyond me, especially since you’ll be able to find it for a normal price when official preorders go online.
That being said, there's been a lot of speculation as to how much GTA VI will actually cost. Many are expecting the usual premium price point that other AAA games tend to cost, but others believe the size and scope of the game could lead to an above average price. Either way it’ll be nowhere near that site’s price on release.
GTA VI will launch on Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 on launch day. PC users will have to wait for a port of the game like GTA V, but many have said they’re more than willing to buy the game on console and buy a second copy on PC just so they can play the game on day one.
Official preorders will likely go live when the game gets an actual release date, which will probably be shared during the game’s second trailer, whenever that may be.
