Who doesn’t love a nice candle? Whether it’s a self-care evening or a movie night, there’s something calming about the simple pleasure of lighting a nice candle to achieve that ultimate level of zen. There’s a fragrance for everyone. Maybe you’re a floral person, or perhaps you prefer a musky scent.
‘I’d love a Call of Duty scented candle,’ said no one ever, but that’s what candle maker Wick & Skull have created. You may be thinking, what would a Call of Duty candle smell like? Well, the very cursed answer lies ahead.
If you haven't seen, Godzilla and King Kong have made their way to Warzone. Check out the trailer below.
First up on the menu is ‘Second Chance,’ which is inspired by Call of Duty: Warzone’s Gulag. I don’t think there’s a person out there who’s really itching for a candle inspired by the scent of forced labour but here we are. According to the description, ‘Second Chance’ is inspired by “heated duels and second chances,” which apparently smells like “dark musk, amber, and coriander.” Who knew? Not me.

Next up, we’ve got the ‘Nuketown’ candle which of course is inspired by the Nuketown map. Again I ask myself, are there really people out there looking for a candle inspired by “gunpowder, smoke, and total chaos”? I sure hope not but the folks over at Wicks & Skulls have got you covered if you do. The candle actually smells like “smoke, citrus and ginger,” because nothing screams chaos like the scent of a citrus fruit, apparently.
Finally, we’ve got ‘Pacific’ which is just generally inspired by Call of Duty: Warzone. It’s the only candle on the roster that has a remotely sensical theme. The candle “smells like a tropical vacation with 150 friends.” Can’t say I know what that smells like from experience but at least “coconut, sandalwood and cedar” sound like tropical scents. So if you’re in the market for a cursed candle, look no further.
