MrBeast's leaked YouTube earnings leave fans floored

Simply unreal

Internet sensation MrBeast has had his earnings leaked online, and it’s about what you’d expect for someone who basically gives money away.

Despite some drama over the past few years James ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson has remained an internet icon through ongoing YouTube videos, reality TV shows like Beast Games and general philanthropism.

You know who else is an internet icon though? Goro Majima, who you can play as right now via a demo for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii

While there are several businesses and products under MrBeast’s name the majority of his income was gained through YouTube, where he’d spend an enormous amount of money doing something goofy or helping someone in need, which could then be earned back through all the views it got.

This then escalated into an ongoing cycle of philanthropism along with more light-hearted ideas like desert island survival videos or creating a chocolate factory.

Anyway, the exact figures MrBeast pulls in through YouTube is unknown but it’s speculated that the figures have since been leaked online, and if it’s true it’s extraordinary.

The since-deleted screenshot tells us that in the past 28 days (from when the screenshot was taken) the channel amassed 2.688B views, over 162M watch hours.

It’s said over those 28 days $4.2 million was earned, and when you apply that to every month it’s believed the channel earns over $50 million annually.

Now again this might be inaccurate as leaks can’t always be trustworthy, but surely it isn’t far off from the truth even if it’s exaggerated.

At the time of writing MrBeast’s channel has over 363 million subscribers and given the increasing scale of his videos and other projects it’s becoming more and more successful over time.

That said it’s clear MrBeast is looking to expand his reach to other platforms outside of YouTube, like the aforementioned Beast Games which aired on Amazon Prime Video.
