Marvel has officially unveiled its brand-new Loki for its latest comic book series.
When it comes to being versatile characters, it doesn't get much better than Marvel’s God of Mischief. We can love him or hate him. He can make us laugh, cry and be angry, Loki can just about do it all.
Check out the Loki trailer below!
Arguably, Loki became more popular than ever when he was introduced into the MCU in 2011’s Thor, when at the time, he was an all-out villain. However, as more Marvel movies were released, his character evolved into one of his most beloved in recent years.

That being said, let’s not forget where it all started for Loki, in the world of Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Larry Lieber, a version of Loki made his comic debut in Venus #6 in 1949, but it wasn't until 1962 with Journey into Mystery #85, that the character truly made his mark in the Marvel world.
As reported by Comicbook.com, the latest version of Loki has arrived in an issue of The Ultimates #11 and the question is being asked, will the God of Mischief be a friend or foe?

“Time to topple another of the Maker’s dominoes: removing Loki from his seat of power in Asgard! Thor, Sif, and She-Hulk journey into mystery for blood, glory, and rebellion, and discover a surprising new ally!” reads the description on Marvel.com.
The new Loki issue is part of four other issues of The Ultimates releasing this April which includes Black Panther, Spider-Man, Wolverine and the sinister Shadow King.
The Ultimates #11 is written by Deniz Camp, artwork by Juan Frigeri and its cover by Dike Ruan will be available wherever you buy your comics from 9 April 2025.
We can't wait to learn who's team Loki is on but knowing him, he'll likely have an ulterior motive.
