Even when you think a game or series has milked its last drop, dedicated fans continue to find new ways to breathe new life into the IPs that we love.
One such game is Hogwarts Legacy and a very devoted fan has turned the gossip of Ominis Gaunt into its own web series on TikTok. Ominous Gaunt is a popular NPC in Hogwarts Legacy and is not only a pure-blood wizard and a member of Slytherin but also a direct descendant of Salazar Slytherin. Yet, unlike his family members, Ominis Gaunt is not a fan of the Dark Arts and does not share their disdain for Muggles.
What’s more, Ominis Gaunt was born blind, so instead uses his wand to navigate his way around the world. He is also a close friend of another popular NPC, Sebastian Sallow.

The content creator that has brought us the wonderful web series is TikToker, Heizerux. The videos not only capture the charismatic charm of Ominis Gaunt by the bucket load but also a heavy dose of witty humour. The videos are also unexpectedly very alluring. The videos feature everything from random student gossip to a house elf having a private rave in a tub.
What’s more, if you’re wondering why Ominis Gaunt is appearing to be more chatty than in Hogwarts Legacy, Heizerux said on a Reddit post that the voice of the character in the web series has been generated by AI.

Honestly, if you’re a fan of Hogwarts Legacy or just Harry Potter, we can wholeheartedly recommend checking out the videos from this talented content creator. If TikTok isn't your thing, then you might be pleased to know that Heizerux has a YouTube channel too, where you can also enjoy the spell-binding charm of Ominis Gaunt.
Hogwarts Legacy isn't the only fan-made adaptation, because Red Dead Redemption 2 has also benefited from a TV series on YouTube. In related Hogwarts Legacy news, now that the launch hype has seemingly died down, some players admit that the game ultimately feels ‘empty’ with missing RPG features.
Hogwarts Legacy is out now for PC, PlayStation and Xbox. It was supposed to have been released on Nintendo Switch by now, but after suffering multiplayer delays, patient fans will have to wait a little longer to explore Hogwarts on the go.
