GTA 6 weapons list leak is getting fans very excited

The old Rockstar Games leak is back, as one GTA fan has compiled a list of weapons and features for the upcoming GTA VI.

Before we dig into the list and what people are saying, it’s worth noting this information comes from a pretty old leak and any of these features could have been changed for GTA VI, so keep a grain of salt handy.

If you follow the trail over to Reddit, you can see a handy list of the weapons that were found in the leak, but one particular weapon has fans very excited.

Listed among the SMGs and rocket launchers is a speargun, which is leading many to believe that fishing will be an activity in the game.

“If this was aimed at me and my constant whining about wanting fishing in the game, I’m sorry. I’m just very excited,” laughs Ok_Cardiologist_54.

Fishing would pretty much sell me even further on GTA VI, which was already on my radar. You can’t beat a good fishing distraction.

Droxcy is also happy at the prospect of fishing, they comment, “Fishing is gonna hit man. Fishing in RDR2 and Far Cry with the boys was always peak.”

Other fans are thinking of more nefarious ways to use a speargun, of course, with En4cr saying, “Damn, that speargun is gonna make all sorts of RDR2 like shenanigans possible if it's got a line attached to the spear! Fingers crossed!”

We do not condone random acts of violence with spearguns in the grand Vice City, of course.

Remember, nothing is confirmed unless Rockstar Games confirms it, so while it’s fun to get excited over these things, you could end up disappointed on launch day.
