Fans waiting for GTA VI have taken an absolute battering over the last year or so, and it's not getting better any time soon.
Incredibly, it's been over one whole year since the reveal trailer for GTA VI, and fans have been starved of any official news since then.
For the last year and a bit, hopeful fans have looked to the moon, earnings call, and GTA Online to try and work out exactly when we can expect that second trailer.

Most recently it was looking like 25 March (today) could be the day. Sure enough, Rockstar Games took to social media to post... but it wasn't what any of us wanted.
"Get Triple Rewards (Gold, RDO$ and XP) in the Ambarino Series — this week’s Featured Series in Red Dead Online," reads the most recent post from Rockstar. Not GTA VI news, then.
The cycle of hype and disappointment is a well-worn path at this stage for GTA VI watchers everywhere, of course, but it never gets any easier.
"Honestly, I completely understand why everyone feels frustrated and more speculative than ever," notable Rockstar community member videotechuk_ writes on Twitter.

"I definitely think it’s time to share at least something now - at least say GTAVI is still on track for 2025 with occupying screenshots with a trailer later. The game is supposed to ship in 6-8 months time, some sort of reassurance should be due now. Hopefully April is our month for that since T2 updates their pipeline timetable in May."
It's a frustration that is clearly shared by fans everywhere, with the most notable concern being that - as far as we've been told - GTA VI is supposed to release before the end of the year.
"The wait is genuinely painful at this point," one user commented.
Still, some fans have (probably accurately) pointed out Rockstar barely needs to market GTA VI for it to be a smash.

One fan wrote: "They have absolutely no reason to say anything, regardless of what happens it will be the best selling game of all time."
See you back here 1 April, I guess? The cycle continues.
