GTA VI is looking like it's going to be a stupidly big game in every sense of the word, with an open world that'll keep us exploring for a long old time.
By now most of you will be aware that GTA VI is taking us back to Vice City, but if you've been paying attention this metropolis is just one small part of what the upcoming game has to offer.
In fact GTA VI will take place across the entire fictional state of Leonida, based on Florida. Fans have been busy since the last trailer using official and leaked footage to map out Leonida, and every new discovery confirms it's even bigger than we expected.

Over on Reddit, fans have found compelling evidence to suggest there'll be three major cities to explore in Leonida, in addition to the various small towns and vast stretches of swamp, forest, and beach.
It's worth noting that a previous GTA VI leaker suggest as much too, teasing we'd be getting cities based on Miami, Orlando, and Atlanta. Vice City is, of course, based on Miami.
"We're definitely getting one-three coastal towns, if not one big and one small city," one Reddit user notes looking at latest mapping project.
"It's a whole state. Sam's been trying do this for a while it seems."

The Sam referenced there is Rockstar president and co-founder Sam Houser, in case you hadn't already picked that up from context.
Another user added: "Sure, I don't think we're getting a full state to scale. I think It just means there will be multiple cities, tons of neighbourhoods, and a lot of wildlife areas."
The good news is that GTA VI is still very much on track for that 2025 release date, so we don't have much longer to wait until we get to explore Leonida for ourselves.
