Is there any game out there with as little official information and as much overwhelming hype as GTA VI? Because I genuinely think you’d be struggling to find one - even though The Elder Scrolls VI and the next Witcher game are in similar positions, where we only really know that they’re happening, and nothing else, the frenzy generated by any whisper of Rockstar’s upcoming title is pretty much unparalleled.
As such, we get a lot of leaks. Most of them are almost certainly fake, even though we can’t actually prove that yet, given that, again, we know basically nothing. Either way, they certainly cause a stir, and one new leak is massive, if it’s true. To be fair, it’s huge regardless of its legitimacy - it’s literally, physically humongous.
Before we get into it, be sure to take a look at some funny wins and fails from GTA: The Trilogy below.
What we’re looking at today is a so-called ‘development bible’ for GTA VI, so, y’know, pretty much everything there is to know about the game so far, and how it’s shaping up. A GAMINGbible, if you will. It was shared over on the r/GamingLeaksAnd Rumours subreddit, in a since-deleted post.

The document describes itself as a “mega leak”, with a note near the top adding that it’s only still published because Rockstar taking it down would simply confirm its legitimacy. They might be right about that latter part, but given the scale of this thing, it really doesn’t seem like something the devs would allow to remain up online if it was true.
As for what it contains, we’ve got everything from character descriptions, a list of side characters, gameplay features, the soundtrack, and even the story, amongst many, many other things. I don’t even know how long it’d take you to read all this, let alone write it - which you could suggest helps argue that it might be real, but I’ll leave that to you to decide. If you feel like trawling through it - you can find it here. Perhaps the biggest pinch of salt you can imagine is required for this one, but hey, you never know.
