While there isn't much to note in the way of bug fixes and changes to the way the game works, aside from the new Performance and Quality modes, there's still a wealth of new in-game content available in the game right now.
This is courtesy of the game’s Creation Club, which Bethesda is using to hand out a bunch of free goodies themed around the Enclave, a faction found in previous Fallout games.
The new-gen update will add the following items to your inventories:
- Enclave Weapon Skins
- Enclave Armor Skins
- Tesla Cannon
- Hellfire Power Armor
- X-02 Power Armor
- Heavy Incinerator
Also included is the make-shift weapon pack, which adds a variety of homemade weapons to your arsenal, like a nail gun and piggy bank launcher.

Finally, there are several new items to craft for your bases, all of which are Halloween-themed, so you can transform your wasteland home into a spooky stronghold that looks fantastic in the dark.
You can read everything there is to know about the update over on Bethesda's blog.
PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S users can download the new-gen Fallout 4 update right now, which is said to be around 22GB on Xbox Series X/S and around 56GB on PlayStation 5.
Reports state that PS Plus users may not be eligible for the upgrade. It is currently available on Xbox Game Pass, however.
