Bethesda’s Fallout series is one of the most beloved RPGs of all time and whether it’s a new upcoming game or one of old, fans cannot get enough of its post-apocalyptic adventures.
The arrival of Fallout 5 has been confirmed by Bethesda. However, fans of the RPG series will be waiting years for its release. At the time of writing, Fallout 5 doesn't have an official launch window, we only know that it will be released after The Elder Scrolls VI.
Check out the Fallout 4 trailer below!
One of the main reasons the Fallout series thrives as well as it does today, as well as other franchises such as The Elder Scrolls, is due to its vibrant modding community. Whether it's improving visuals and performance, fixing longtime bugs or adding new content to a game, talented modders have you covered and one such mod is the conclusion to the Sim Settlements 2 series, ‘Last Stand of the Commonwealth’ for Fallout 4.

The Sim Settlements 2 series consists of three chapters for Bethesda’s beloved RPG:
- Chapter One - Sim Settlements 2 is: “ The sequel to the acclaimed Fallout city-building simulator comes with an epic story, settlement gameplay overhaul, and much more.”
- Chapter Two - Gunner Outbreak: “The Gunners have become a serious threat. Gather your allies and fight to free the Commonwealth from their tightening grip.”
- Chapter Three - Last Stand of the Commonwealth: “After their defeat at GNN, the Gunners have returned with reinforcements. You'll need an army to defend the Commonwealth and all that you've built.
Judging by the gameplay trailers for the Sim Settlements 2 series, this content looks so good that it could pass as official Bethesda DLC and with the final chapter ‘Last Stand of the Commonwealth’, we’re amazed that it’s free. Best of all, not only are these mods available on PC, but also Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. Happy days!
