In an effort to bring Cyberpunk 2077 to every platform on the market, CD Projekt RED has recently showcased its iconic RPG on a MacBook Pro and the results are shocking.

Now available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2, Cyberpunk 2077’s popularity continues to grow and it shows no signs of stopping.

Thanks to regular updates and patches, the CD Projekt RED RPG is a beloved addition to the gaming world which is all the more heartwarming considering its less-than-smooth launch back in 2020.

Although the majority of CDPR developers have turned their attention to the Cyberpunk 2077 sequel, The Witcher 4, and a handful of other projects, development on Cyberpunk 2077 still shows no signs of stopping, especially as it is about to make its way to yet another platform.

This week saw CDPR visit Apple Park to host an event where press and content creators could take a look at Cyberpunk 2077 running on a Apple M4 Max-powered MacBook Pro.

Running the Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition, the game was able to run at a smooth 120fps on Ultra settings which is impressive indeed.

Not only that but the Ultimate Edition includes the base game, Phantom Liberty expansion, major system overhauls and is optimised for macOS performance.

“Today, my chooms at Apple Park were showing Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition to international press and content creators — running on a MacBook Pro with the M4 Max chip, hitting 120 FPS on Ultra settings. Coming in 2025,” associate game director of Cyberpunk 2077 Paweł Sasko wrote on Twitter.

This is just another win for Cyberpunk 2077, and the improved development on this hit RPG is just making fans even more excited for the pending sequel.

For now, fans can look forward to Cyberpunk 2077’s arrival on the MacBook Pro later this year and it seems as though it will be worth the wait.
