Bethesda has confirmed that its upcoming sci-fi RPG Starfield will no longer be releasing in November this year as originally planned.
In a statement, the developer announced that both Starfield and Redfall (a new FPS from Arkane scheduled to launch this summer) will now be released in the first half of 2023.
Take a look at a small glimpse of Starfield in action below:
"We've made the decision to delay the launches of Starfield and Redfall to the first half of 2023," Bethesda shared on social media.

"The teams at Arkane Austin (Redfall) and Bethesda Game Studios (Starfield) have incredible ambitions for their games, and we want to ensure you receive the best, most polished versions of them.
"We can't wait to share our first deep dive into the gameplay for both Redfall and Starfield soon."
While unconfirmed, it's likely that we'll get our first proper looks at both games during Microsoft and Bethesda's not-E3 presentation on June 12. Details on what exactly we'll see during the joint show remain scarce, but rumours suggest there'll be at least 90 minutes worth of gameplay deep dives, trailers, and announcements.
