007 First Light Buying Guide: Everything Included In Each Version

The launch of one of the year’s most highly anticipated games has arrived.
007 First Light is set to land on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC tomorrow, 27 May, with those who have already pre-ordered the title gaining early access from today, 26 May.
There are, of course, plenty of people who won’t have splashed the cash on 007 First Light just yet, perhaps instead choosing to see how the title reviews.
If you’re one of those people still weighing up your options, here’s everything you need to know about the various editions of 007 First Light.

The standard edition is exactly what you’d expect. Available across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC both digitally and physically, this is the cheapest way to nab the game, with 007 First Light commanding a RRP of £59.99 / $69.99. You can, however, currently secure a PC copy of the game for just £44.99 via Loaded.
If you purchase this version today, 26 May, you should still qualify for the pre-order bonus. This secures you 24-hours early access, four outfits (Day of the Dead, Desert Explorer, Silent Anchor, Gentleman Operator), one weapon skin (Agent’s Mark), and four gadget skins (Gleaming Lighter, Gleaming Earphones, Gleaming Dart Gun, Gleaming Pen). From launch day, 27 May, you’ll just gain the base game.
The Collector’s Edition is the mid-range option and is also available across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. This one holds an RRP of £169.99 / $199.99, and you can currently secure it on PS5 on Amazon for that price.
In addition to the base game, this version also includes the standard edition’s pre-order content simply as a bonus, so that includes the four gadget skins, one weapon skin, and four outfit skins. Collector’s Edition owners will also unlock the Obsidian Gold Suit skin.
As for physical items, this version comes with a steelbook case, certificate of authenticity, a 007 magnet, as well as a lifesize replica of the mask donned by, assumedly, the game’s villain. It’s a pricey purchase, but that mask does look very cool.
Finally, fans on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC can select the Legacy Edition which is the most expensive of the bunch, setting you back £259.999 / $299.99. You can currently make a very small saving on Amazon, with the PlayStation 5 Legacy Edition costing £259.95.
This version includes the base game, every single DLC item included in the Collector’s Edition plus the Golden Gun weapon skin. In terms of physical loot, it’ll secure you a steelbook, 007 magnet, certificate of authenticity, and a Golden Gun replica complete with display stand. The Golden Gun is a relief only and cannot be removed from the casing it’s displayed in.
007 First Light is due to land on Nintendo Switch 2 this summer, although no precise release date has been confirmed nor do we know whether it’ll receive the same three editions.
